The Pleasure of Traveling

Trenes Turísticos

About Us

Trenes Turísticos was founded with the objective of boosting and promoting sustainable mobility within the tourism sector. This is achieved by integrating the national offer of tourist and historic trains, bringing together those promoted directly by Alsa as well as those developed by other entities, thereby fostering cooperation, efficiency, and the overall visibility of the product line.

These various initiatives provide travelers with diverse options to explore Spain’s cultural and natural attractions in a sustainable manner.

Collaborations and Featured Projects

Alsa works closely with non-profit cultural organizations, such as the Asociación de Amigos del Ferrocarril de Madrid (AAFM) and the Asociación Zaragozana de Amigos del Ferrocarril y Tranvías (AZAFT), to preserve and operate historic trains. This partnership has enabled the restoration and operation of vintage locomotives and carriages, offering special routes departing from Madrid and Zaragoza. In 2025, more than 50,000 travelers enjoyed these unique railway experiences.
